We would like to introduce a case study of a high-frequency equipment implementation for the woodworking and machine drill manufacturing industry. In the company, chip welding was traditionally done using gas welding (brazing) at the tip of the drill. After the implementation, the project aimed at improving the internal environment and standardizing quality, but production capacity also increased by 2.5 times. Furthermore, reproducibility improved, quality became more stable, and the situation of labor shortages due to the younger generation leaving factories and the aging workforce was alleviated. 【Case Overview】 ■ Initiative: Implemented high-frequency equipment, enabling high reproducibility and uniformity in brazing without using gas. ■ Results: - Production capacity increased by 2.5 times. - High reproducibility and more stable quality. - Alleviated labor shortages due to the younger generation leaving factories and the aging workforce. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe would like to introduce a case study on improving production capacity for a agricultural machinery parts manufacturer located in Tochigi Prefecture. As part of our efforts, we replaced the drive unit with a servo motor and secured the desired processing capacity through high-speed positioning control. As a result, we established a high-speed production environment using a uniquely developed condition-setting method. The production quantity per hour increased from 120 C/T to 150 C/T, resulting in an approximate 25% improvement in production capacity. 【Case Overview】 ■ Efforts: - Improved production capacity due to the renewal of aging equipment. - Replaced the drive unit with a servo motor and secured the desired processing capacity through high-speed positioning control. ■ Result: The production quantity per hour increased from 120 C/T to 150 C/T, leading to an approximate 25% improvement in production capacity. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe introduced our induction heating device into the drying process after painting the crankcases for engines in a case study from the automotive manufacturing industry. We aimed to shorten the drying process and reduce the labor hours of the staff involved. As a result, the previously time-consuming drying process transformed into a production environment that is almost unmanned. This achieved a reduction of approximately 1,920 hours of operational time per year and a decrease in labor costs. 【Case Overview】 ■Initiatives - Introduced our induction heating device into the drying process after painting the crankcases for engines - Shortened the drying process and reduced the labor hours of the staff involved ■Results - The time-consuming drying process changed to a production environment that is almost unmanned - Reduced operational time by approximately 1,920 hours per year This translates to a labor cost reduction of 5,760,000 yen (3,000 yen/hour × 1,920 hours) *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe would like to introduce our "High-Frequency Precision Brazing." This is a type of welding method that joins metals by melting an alloy (filler) with a lower melting point than the base material and using it as a kind of adhesive, while the base material itself is heated through high-frequency induction. The base material is not melted; instead, ultrasonic vibrations are applied in a neutral (inert) atmosphere, allowing the molten filler to flow into the gaps between the base materials and increasing the filling rate. [Features] - Melts an alloy with a lower melting point than the joining materials and uses it as a kind of adhesive while heating the base material through high-frequency induction. - Applies ultrasonic vibrations in a neutral atmosphere without melting the base material, allowing the molten filler to flow into the gaps between the base materials and increasing the filling rate. - The high-frequency brazing equipment, including the chamber, is designed and manufactured in-house. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe would like to introduce our "high-frequency hardening" process. Devices and equipment collectively referred to as machinery, including automobiles, exhibit their intended functions through the forces and actions transmitted from the power unit via each of their components. High-frequency hardening is a widely adopted method for enhancing the mechanical properties by drawing out the characteristics of the metal materials possessed by these components. 【High-Frequency Hardening Process】 ■ One-shot hardening of inner diameters ■ One-shot injection hardening with workpiece rotation ■ Moving hardening *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
