Fujikagaku Industry mainly handles chemical products related to substrate mounting. In the resin division, as a manufacturer specializing in engineering plastics, we boast precision comparable to that of jigs with our "PC Magazine Stick" for parts transport and mounting. In the tape processing division, we offer "Joint Tape" for carrier tape splicing. In the chemical products division, we are widely known in the industry for our epoxy adhesive "Fuji's Red Adhesive" for fixing SMT chip components, part of the "Seal-glo product series." Our main products include moisture-proof insulating coatings for printed circuit boards, underfill materials for solder reinforcement such as BGA and CSP, one-component low-temperature curing epoxy adhesives, and UV/moisture curing combined moisture-proof insulating coatings.
