The "Sarabane Chuck" is a chuck designed for high-precision gripping of large workpieces in turning and grinding operations. By applying axial force to components with slits in the sarabane, the outer diameter expands uniformly, allowing for stable processing as both the gripping force and the retracting force work simultaneously. The jack double screw support (DN support) prevents vibrations during work processing and can be easily locked at the position where it contacts the workpiece. Conventional screw lock-type supports adjust by tightening the lock nut against the tip of the screw that contacts the underside of the workpiece, but tightening the nut causes the support shaft to rise, lifting the workpiece. The DN support utilizes the pitch difference of the double screws to prevent lifting and provide accurate support by tightening the nut.

The conventional screw-lock type support adjusts by tightening the lock nut against the underside of the workpiece with the screw tip, but when the nut is tightened, the support shaft rises and lifts the workpiece. The JP support tightens the nut from below, allowing for precise support simply by lightly touching the tip of the support shaft to the workpiece and turning the lever.

Please attach this machine to the machining tool for processing. It can create high-precision square holes in a short time. The main body and the cutter are connected by a special bearing, allowing one side to rotate, which causes the centerline of the cutter to perform a conical rolling motion and move forward, resulting in smooth processing without vibration. It is suitable for processing socket bolts, special bolts, or shafts with wrench-type square holes, as well as spline processing for universal joints and square hole processing for boring shafts.
