(Former company name: Sumitomo Pharma Food & Chemical Co., Ltd.) ■ Food Ingredients Business Providing polysaccharides, seasonings, functional materials for food, and other food ingredients and additives. ■ Pharmaceutical Raw Materials Business Providing excipients for pharmaceuticals, including binders, coating agents, fillers, disintegrants, dispersing stabilizers, solubilizers, and antioxidants. ■ Cosmetic Raw Materials Business Providing raw materials that enhance the functionality of personal care products such as hair care products, skin care products, makeup cosmetics, and toiletries, focusing on polysaccharides and synthetic polymers. ■ Coating Materials and Industrial Chemicals Business Providing functional raw materials for industrial fields such as printing inks, paints, textile processing agents, flat panel displays, packaging materials, and molding materials. ■ Electronic Chemicals Business Providing essential "electronic chemicals" in the manufacturing process of displays such as LCD televisions, memory like DRAM, and semiconductors used in computers and mobile devices. <Sustainability> Our company aims to achieve the "Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)" adopted at the United Nations Summit in September 2015.
