■ Mold and Press Die Manufacturing Using the technology we have cultivated over many years, we utilize machining centers, graphite processing machines, wire cutting machines, and more to carry out everything from design to manufacturing in-house for resin molding dies, achieving short delivery times and low costs. We also manufacture press dies, aiming for high-quality die production through the expertise in both types of mold manufacturing. ■ Production of Inspection Jigs and Tools We produce inspection jigs and tools for various fields by utilizing materials of different hardness, such as aluminum and chemical wood. ■ Sheet Metal, Parts Manufacturing, and Various Prototypes In sheet metal, can manufacturing, and parts processing, we operate laser processing machines unmanned at night. Additionally, with mass production equipment such as robotic welding, we strive to respond to customer needs in terms of delivery times and costs. We accept prototypes of various products, regardless of whether they are metal or resin. ■ Injection Molding We are equipped with injection molding machines of 100t, 350t, and 450t, capable of handling large products, and we also conduct unmanned operations at night.
