Toyo Special Steel Industry uses round pipes (steel pipes) as raw materials and is primarily based on cold roll forming processing. The three main methods it employs are drawing (draw bench - 30 years), roll forming (40 years), and extrusion (extrusion forming - 35 years). Currently, it focuses on the extrusion method for large diameter sizes and the roll forming method for medium and small diameter sizes, innovating its equipment accordingly. Currently, the 14th unit is being manufactured, with 6 units operational at the Tsuge factory.
