[Custom Manufacturing Case] Ventilated Frame Processing Machine

Achieving a reduction in processing time! Introduction of a manufacturing case for processing machines with increased rigidity.

We would like to introduce a case where we manufactured a "ventilated batten processing machine." The existing machine used at a house manufacturer (pre-cut factory) had become outdated, necessitating a replacement. The machine lacked rigidity, often stopping unexpectedly. Additionally, chips accumulated between the chains, leading to poor positioning accuracy, and the integrated input and output conveyors made operations cumbersome, requiring separation. After the introduction of the new machine, processing time was reduced thanks to increased rigidity. We installed covers on the LM guides to prevent chip accumulation and made it easier to collect dust with a dust collector. [Custom-made Specialized Equipment Manufacturing Case] Tee-up Device

Bridge prevention measures! Introduction of a case study on the manufacturing of an automatic tee-up device for golf balls.

We would like to introduce a case where a "tee-up device" for golf balls was delivered to an indoor golf school. It was necessary to implement measures to prevent the balls from bridging in the ball supply section, and there was a desire to lower the height of the device and increase the protrusion from the floor, allowing for tee-up via external signals. To prevent bridging in the ball supply section, we implemented anti-bridging measures, and when it seemed that two balls might be supplied, an alarm was triggered to avoid this. Additionally, we made it easy to change controls via PLC. Dust prevention measures! Introduction of a case where a machine for processing raw ceramics was manufactured at a low cost.

We would like to introduce a case where we manufactured a "ceramic processing machine." We were processing with woodworking machinery, but there were size constraints for the ceramics, and we needed a machine that could handle larger items, so we opted for a machining machine. Since we were dealing with raw ceramics, the cutting chips were very fine, like sand, necessitating dust prevention measures. We did not require the rigidity of a major machine tool manufacturer, but needed a machine that could process raw ceramics at a low cost. For dust prevention, we installed bellows on the LM guides and ball screws, creating a structure that makes it difficult for cutting powder to enter, and also allowing for the replacement of screws and guides. Anyone can bake to the same shape! Introduction of a case where a waffle baking mold was manufactured.

We would like to introduce a case of manufacturing "waffle baking molds" for a store baking shop. There was a need to update the existing molds for store baking. The heater was designed to be compatible with the current model, and there was a desire to reduce the weight of the baking molds. We produced them at a low cost and within a short delivery time, allowing the use of the existing heater. Additionally, the baking results were excellent, and the new product was comparable to the current one. [Custom-made Special Machine Manufacturing Case] Bucket Conveyor

Design tailored to the layout! Introduction of a case where a conveyor bucket for transportation was manufactured.

We would like to introduce a case where we manufactured a "bucket conveyor" for transporting items up to the packaging stage in the food industry. Since the items are transported vertically or at an incline, it was requested that the contents do not fall out of the buckets, and after the buckets are inverted, they should be moved while inverted to avoid contamination. Designed to fit the layout, it can be used in the transportation process for packaging cut vegetables and snacks before and after weighing. We will introduce a case of achieving miniaturization and weight reduction of a device for annealing (baking) silicon thin films.

We would like to introduce a case of modifying an "annealing device" for the semiconductor industry. It was necessary to renew the electrical equipment of the existing machine due to aging. The machine operates by creating a low vacuum in the chamber and injecting nitrogen for transport, while maintaining vacuum pressure when moving from the stocker to the annealing stage, and it was requested to design it so that only the stocker part can be removed, as well as to arrange cleaning windows for easier cleaning. We achieved miniaturization and weight reduction through the modification of the existing machine, meeting the requirements. We would like to introduce a case where we manufactured "food machinery automation equipment." The system had a mechanism that allowed for the attachment and detachment of 72 cups with one touch, but it lacked a rotation mechanism, and since it was tightened with a union fitting, it took a long time to attach and detach. By innovating the large melting coupler, we made it possible to attach and detach with one touch, achieving a reduction in work time and cleaning time. We also integrated the cup rotation motor into a single structure, making it easier to clean and reducing the accumulation of debris. We would like to introduce a case where we manufactured a "sub-tank for MC use." The processing fluid is filtered through a paper filter on a mesh belt to remove sludge. When it becomes clogged, the paper filter is rotated to wind and discharge it. The paper can be replaced by pulling out the filtration section. Additionally, there was a request to draw up the processing fluid from the pump on the clean tank side and spray it from the nozzle. It was installed as an addition to an existing machine, designed to be low-profile, allowing for space-saving installation.
