Typically, when completely renovating a building with exterior wall tiles or replacing cracked tiles and missing sections with new tiles, it is necessary to remove all existing tiles using tools like a chisel and create a new substrate. Therefore, the costs for repair and renovation work will include removal costs, waste disposal fees, noise control expenses, and more. By driving special stainless steel anchor pins through a network layer that compresses three-dimensional fibers into polymer cement mortar down to the structural body, it prevents the finishing material from falling off.
