We handle a wide variety of materials and perform punching processing using a die with a Thomson blade set on plywood (Victoria type) with a cutting machine. (You can find the image of the processing here.) We use relatively inexpensive and quick-turnaround dies, allowing us to keep initial costs low and respond swiftly, which pleases our customers. We can handle everything in-house, starting from creating new drawings using image measuring instruments and CAD. Not only can we perform punching, but we also have machines that can cut directly from CAD data, enabling us to manufacture products from a single piece.

We process rubber sheets and rubber sponges for automobiles, electronics, construction, etc., into packing and gaskets. We can accommodate everything from small to large items, including those that require adhesion. For small items, we can measure the dimensions from the actual product and manufacture accordingly. We also have materials that are always in stock for in-house processing, which can be sold in smaller quantities if needed.
