The "Small Rotary Pump" is a product that operates smoothly from atmospheric pressure to high vacuum using a pressurized oil supply method. In particular, the RV series is designed to achieve smooth continuous operation not only at high vacuum but also at high throughput (high pressure), incorporating an oil flow adjustment valve. It completely prevents oil backflow during sudden stops, such as power outages, keeping the system in a vacuum state.
