The "Rinetsu K-2 Electric Dust Collector" is an electric dust collection device that achieves a remarkable increase in dust collection efficiency while reducing power consumption, thanks to Rinetsu Industrial's unique dust collection mechanism. The dust collection plate and discharge plate are arranged perpendicular to the gas flow, enhancing the load on the dust. Additionally, the dust collection electrode utilizes a slatted FB, porous plate structure that allows for a strong electric field to be maintained. With this structure, it is capable of collecting dust as small as 0.1μm, which is difficult to capture with bag filters! Furthermore, the "Rinetsu K-2 Electric Dust Collector" can reduce the size of the dust collection and discharge electrodes to less than half that of conventional electric dust collectors! The discharge plates are arranged in a slatted pattern with stainless steel thin blades resembling saw teeth, greatly contributing to the improvement of charge density and the durability of the discharge needles. Additionally, the increase in corona discharge density due to structural improvements enhances the opportunities for dust and negative ions to come into contact! This also significantly contributes to the reduction of dust accumulation! The system can be upgraded simply by replacing the existing electrostatic dust collection unit (reform engineering)! The 'Rinetsu K-I type electrostatic dust collector' not only improves dust collection performance but also leads to a 30% cost reduction compared to the conventional Cottrell type!
