An improved version of the conventional Hara-type electrostatic precipitator, named after Mr. Keiichi Hara (K-1). The discharge plates are arranged in a slatted pattern with stainless steel thin blades resembling saw teeth, greatly contributing to the improvement of charge density and the durability of the discharge needles.
