Aloy C276 (NW0276, UNS N10276) is a nickel-based alloy that exhibits excellent corrosion resistance in both oxidizing and reducing environments. By reducing carbon and silicon, it suppresses the precipitation in the heat-affected zone and enhances corrosion resistance, making it widely used in materials for harsh environments such as chemical plants. Aloy C22 (UNS N06022, NW6022) is a nickel alloy with excellent corrosion resistance. It exhibits outstanding resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking in both oxidizing and non-oxidizing environments, and is widely used as a material in harsh environments such as flue gas desulfurization systems, papermaking, and waste treatment. Welding can be performed using standard welding methods similar to those for stainless steel, and post-weld heat treatment is not required. "Nickel 201 (NW201, UNS N02201)" is a high corrosion-resistant pure nickel that exhibits excellent resistance to caustic soda and chlorine gas. It is particularly used as a material for caustic soda production equipment using the diaphragm electrolysis method. Welding can be performed using TIG, MIG, coated arc welding, and resistance welding. "Aloy 600 (NCF600, UNS N06600)" is a high-grade heat-resistant alloy that contains 14-17% chromium and exhibits exceptional oxidation resistance at high temperatures. It also has a wide range of applications as a corrosion-resistant alloy with excellent resistance to various acids and alkalis. The heating temperature is 1150-1180°C, the hot working temperature is 1000-1180°C, and light processing is possible up to 850°C; however, cracking may occur in the temperature range of 650-850°C. Cold workability is easier than that of austenitic stainless steel and is similar to Monel. "Aloy 400 (UNS N04400)" is an alloy that combines the noble properties of Cu and the passivation properties of Ni, offering excellent corrosion resistance. It is used in seawater desalination plants, heat exchangers, and marine construction coatings. Welding can be performed using TIG, MIG, coated arc welding, and resistance welding. "Aloy 800H/800T (UNS N08810/N08811)" is a high-nickel heat-resistant steel that possesses excellent strength, corrosion resistance, and oxidation resistance at high temperatures, characterized by high structural stability at elevated temperatures. Furthermore, it is an alloy with high creep strength achieved through grain size control via high-temperature heat treatment and control of C, Ti, and Al content. It also exhibits excellent high-temperature strength and does not suffer from embrittlement due to sigma phase precipitation during high-temperature use, making it widely used for heat-resistant applications. Due to its excellent corrosion resistance and heat resistance, it is used as a material in chemical plants, waste incineration plants, and more.
