Our company conducted a verification of lathe machining accuracy using the "Liquid Cutter." When machining with old coolant, there were instances of snagging, and the cutting width was inconsistent, resulting in a significantly rough surface finish. However, when machining with the same coolant using the "Liquid Cutter," the snagging was reduced, the cutting width became consistent and finer, and the surface roughness improved. We conducted wear verification of drill tips using the "Liquid Cutter." When processed with the coolant used, the color became darker due to heat, and wear on the cutting edge was observed.
