●Main Features 1. The first domestically produced high-pressure blind rivet made of titanium. 2. This blind rivet has a large back-side buckling diameter, making it particularly effective for joining thin titanium materials. 3. What is a JETFAST blind nut? It is a nut that allows for the creation of internal threads from one side using a specialized tool, suitable for thin plates that are difficult to tap or areas where access from the back is not possible. It is also an effective product for materials where welding nuts is challenging. It is mainly used in automotive parts, housing equipment, building materials, and various sheet metal products.

It is the ideal material for use in environments prone to corrosion. ◆Lightweight 60% lighter than stainless steel. With a weight approximately 60% that of stainless steel and iron, it is the perfect material for applications where further weight reduction is desired, such as automotive and motorcycle exhausts and truck bodies. ◆Environmentally friendly material Titanium boasts high recyclability due to its minimal aging degradation. We also offer a type made from high corrosion-resistant material SUS316, which is suitable for addressing galvanic corrosion and joining carbon-based materials. The shield valve rivet is a unique rivet that combines the characteristics of both a bulbing type with a large buckling diameter on the back side and a closed type with excellent water tightness. It also meets the leakage test standards (JIS C0920) for IPX7.

◆ The rivet body (aluminum) has been thickened, significantly improving its strength. * Compared to the standard type of the same material (φ 4.8): tensile strength is approximately 1.6 times greater, shear strength is approximately 1.7 times greater. ◆ By applying it to aluminum base material, it resolves the issue of galvanic corrosion caused by dissimilar metals. ◆ It can be fastened using a riveter for Φ 4.8.
