◆This is the first domestically produced all-titanium blind rivet! To meet the diverse and advanced needs of the industrial sector, we have successfully commercialized titanium blind rivets, which require advanced processing technology, as the first domestic product. This not only improves work efficiency and productivity but also expands the field of application for blind rivets as an environmentally friendly fastening technology. ◆High corrosion resistance The greatest feature of titanium material is its high corrosion resistance. It is the ideal material for use in environments prone to corrosion. ◆Lightweight 60% lighter than stainless steel. With a weight approximately 60% that of stainless steel and iron, it is the perfect material for applications where further weight reduction is desired, such as automotive and motorcycle exhausts and truck bodies. ◆Environmentally friendly material Titanium boasts high recyclability due to its minimal aging degradation. ◆ The rivet body (aluminum) has been thickened, significantly improving its strength. * Compared to the standard type of the same material (φ 4.8): tensile strength is approximately 1.6 times greater, shear strength is approximately 1.7 times greater. ◆ By applying it to aluminum base material, it resolves the issue of galvanic corrosion caused by dissimilar metals. ◆ It can be fastened using a riveter for Φ 4.8.

We also offer a type made from high corrosion-resistant material SUS316, which is suitable for addressing galvanic corrosion and joining carbon-based materials. The shield valve rivet is a unique rivet that combines the characteristics of both a bulbing type with a large buckling diameter on the back side and a closed type with excellent water tightness. It also meets the leakage test standards (JIS C0920) for IPX7.

◆We use high corrosion-resistant stainless steel SUS316 material. ◆It can be considered for coastal and shoreline structures, as well as various plants, where heavy corrosion protection is required. ◆We offer two types: standard type and bulbing type.

The blind rivet "Shield Valve Rivet" is a revolutionary all-stainless blind rivet that achieves stable joint strength due to its unique buckling design in addition to its sealed (shield) shape.
