Free membership registrationThe device is a comprehensive resource recycling processing system developed as a measure for solid waste that is difficult to handle, such as discarded tires, ASR, RDF, and oil-containing sludge, with low resource utilization. It features continuous or batch material supply, where organic solid waste is fed into an anaerobic sealed pyrolysis furnace at temperatures ranging from 00 to 450°C. The polymer chains that make up the organic matter decompose due to specific temperature, time, and cumulative effects, producing pyrolysis gas. This pyrolysis gas passes through a condensation device, and the recovered liquid is crude oil, while the uncondensed gas is sent back to the combustion chamber for re-combustion. The combustion exhaust gas is treated through alkaline washing and activated carbon adsorption before being discharged in compliance with emission standards. 【Applications of Pyrolysis】 ■ Oil sludge ■ Waste tires ■ Hazardous waste ■ Organic industrial solid waste ■ ASR waste plastics *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationOur company conducted soil disinfection tests using a device that generates reactive oxygen species from oxygen. Although reactive oxygen was released into the soil for only 10 minutes, the sterilization effect was greater than expected, indicating promising potential for the agricultural use of reactive oxygen in the future. Since the released air escapes rapidly from the top of the ridges, we believe that by preventing the air containing reactive oxygen from being released externally and allowing it to remain in the soil, effective sterilization can be achieved. Additionally, it seems necessary to confirm whether not only fungi but also larvae of pests can be exterminated. **Causes of Continuous Cropping Disorders** - Damage from soil pathogens and soil pests - Physiological disorders caused by the deterioration of the soil's physical and chemical properties - Harm from toxins released by plant roots (the so-called "sick soil" phenomenon) - Other unknown causes *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*

Free membership registrationOur company currently manufactures three types of TERRAST: "Fe-TERRAST," "Al-TERRAST," and "Mg-TERRAST." We conducted treatment tests using these materials. By combining TERRAST, we found that the treatment efficiency significantly improved compared to the conventional treatment using only aluminum TERRAST. While iron (Fe) had only been used for arsenic treatment, it was discovered that it also works effectively for fluoride. Therefore, when Fe-TERRAST is available, fluoride treatment for drinking water becomes possible. In the future, we aim to establish even more efficient treatment methods by adjusting pH and changing treatment methods (such as two-stage treatment). 【Treatment Test】 ■Test wastewater: Sample wastewater from a company (fluoride concentration 28 mg/L) ■Test method: Test water and TERRAST were placed in a 1000cc graduated cylinder and stirred with a small aeration tube ■Test duration: 5 hours (1 hour), 10 hours (2 hours) ※The times in parentheses indicate the treatment duration when processed using the TERRAST tower method. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationOur company has promoted the oxidation of hydrogen sulfide gas through the supply of oxygen ultra-fine bubbles (O2UFB) gas, aiming to reduce odors. This time, we selected oxygen UFB treatment as a measure against hydrogen sulfide gas, which has proven effective for our company. In the test tank, the dissolved oxygen concentration in the hydrogen sulfide dissolved water increased immediately after the start of the test, confirming that the oxidation reaction progressed very quickly. Under high-concentration oxygen water conditions, hydrogen sulfide gas loses hydrogen and chemically transforms into sulfur (sulfide), becoming odorless. Free membership registrationWhat is needed for organic cultivation is the increase and activation of microorganisms. The "α-Gaia treatment device" can directly and rapidly reduce organic matter into a fine state that is easy for microorganisms to consume, allowing it to be directly introduced into the soil as a nutrient source. By adding our specially manufactured charcoal (O+K charcoal), it becomes weakly alkaline, preventing the proliferation of putrefactive bacteria. The wide porosity serves as a habitat for both large actinomycetes and fine lactic acid bacteria, allowing for significant retention. 【Development of agriculture contributing to climate change prevention through α-Gaia treatment】 ■ Energy-efficient fine powdering of aquatic plants (transforming into organic compounds) ■ Suppressing the atmospheric release of carbon from aquatic plants and burying it in the soil ■ (Carbon) organic matter activates and increases soil bacteria ■ Transforming into CO2-reducing agriculture by reducing the input of chemical fertilizers ■ Enhancing the quality of cultivated vegetables and increasing yields by activating and proliferating soil bacteria *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationThe "SBC-Pro" is a high-speed organic matter (in wastewater) decomposition treatment device that solves issues in wastewater treatment (standard activated sludge method) such as "large amounts of excess sludge being discharged" and "very high energy consumption of aeration blowers." The extremely fine microbubbles remain suspended in the water without rising to the air interface, thereby activating and promoting the growth of microorganisms in the water. Furthermore, when used in conjunction with an oxygen generation device, high-concentration oxygen can be effectively supplied to the water, thereby doubling the effect. 【Features】 ■ High-speed proliferation of decomposition bacteria (BFC bacteria) using ultra-fine bubbles (UFB) ■ Coexistence and habitation of aerobic and anaerobic bacteria to enhance treatment capacity ■ No detachment of adhered substances or clogging like other contact materials ■ Reduction of excess sludge generation ■ BFC bacteria efficiently process organic matter as Bacillus bacteria *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
