The device is a comprehensive resource recycling processing system developed as a measure for solid waste that is difficult to handle, such as discarded tires, ASR, RDF, and oil-containing sludge, with low resource utilization. It features continuous or batch material supply, where organic solid waste is fed into an anaerobic sealed pyrolysis furnace at temperatures ranging from 00 to 450°C. The polymer chains that make up the organic matter decompose due to specific temperature, time, and cumulative effects, producing pyrolysis gas. This pyrolysis gas passes through a condensation device, and the recovered liquid is crude oil, while the uncondensed gas is sent back to the combustion chamber for re-combustion.
