I am engaged in the manufacturing of products related to industrial equipment.
Our business consists of two main areas: - Electronic circuit board assembly to electronic device manufacturing - Design and manufacturing of pneumatic assembly equipment We handle electronic circuit boards from chip mounting to flow assembly, and particularly in flow assembly, we provide products under stable quality control. The pneumatic assembly equipment is primarily designed and manufactured for machine manufacturers, using fluids such as air, water, nitrogen, and argon for piping control panels.
Business Activities
Our Strengths - Electronic Circuit Board Assembly We have a line capable of mounting small-sized chips known as 0603. We excel in areas where other companies struggle, such as hand soldering, automatic insertion of lead components (inserters), and eutectic soldering. We can handle everything from prototypes to mass production. In addition to assembly, we can also manage the production of finished products, including wiring and crimping. - Pneumatic Assembly Equipment We can provide approval drawings using 2D/3D CAD. We conduct leak tests using air before shipping, ensuring there are no air leaks at the customer's site. This eliminates the need for inventory management of fittings and piping materials at the customer's location. We can procure all specified manufacturers.
