Our company owns three automatic precision lathes manufactured by Star Micronics Co., Ltd. The lathes can perform "cutting processing" by removing metal using tools such as cutting tools and end mills, and can handle the processing of fine wires with diameters ranging from φ0.8 to 3.0. Based on our extensive experience in developing medical devices using lathes, we can perform precision machining and mass production of difficult-to-cut materials such as titanium and SUS. We can accommodate a wide range of shapes, so please feel free to consult us about anything!

Titanium products after machining can undergo anodizing treatment to impart a variety of colors. By color-coding, it becomes easy to distinguish between different sizes at a glance, allowing for the provision of user-friendly products for end-users. This technology can be applied to distinguish medical devices by size, among other uses.

Metal fibers produced by the coil cutting method are converted into non-woven fabric using the needle punching method. - It has a high porosity with continuous air holes. - Thickness and density can be adjusted as needed.

【Granting Functionality】 We can accommodate various requests such as the manufacturing of non-woven fabrics, secondary processing like powder carrying and drug addition, as well as the combination of non-woven fabrics with different fiber diameters. 【Control of Decomposition and Absorption Period】 By adjusting density and selecting materials and fiber diameters with different decomposition and absorption periods, it is possible to control the decomposition and absorption period within the body.

• Engineering Plastics

It is possible to combine with various synthetic fibers such as PP and PA6. Spinning yarns with 100% CF is also possible. The yarn itself has high flexibility, and by aligning the fiber orientation, it exhibits a tensile strength of 1 GPa. It has good moldability and is suitable for press molding such as deep drawing.

• Composite Materials

Our company possesses a state-of-the-art machining center (Brother Industries S500Xd1) and has advanced manufacturing know-how in the machining of thin sheets of difficult-to-cut materials such as titanium. We have a track record of machining sheets as thin as 0.3mm and excel in techniques that suppress warping of the material during processing. We are capable of handling products that require precise dimensional control at the micrometer level and promise stable delivery. We can also accommodate small-diameter tools (approximately φ0.4mm), allowing us to accept items that require fine machining, such as medical devices.

• Special Processing Machinery

This is a tape material made by mixing recycled CF cut into short fibers with thermoplastic resin and aligning it in one direction. Compared to non-woven fabric, it has higher strength in one direction and is excellent for molding because it is in a discontinuous tape form.

• Composite Materials

Our non-woven fabric technology enables the production of 100% PAN-based carbon fibers. Non-woven fabrics made of 100% carbon fibers can also be produced from virgin fibers as well as from various recycled carbon fibers (through methods such as pyrolysis and dissolution). We possess resin impregnation processing equipment, allowing us to impregnate any resin and provide prepreg sheets. The resin's permeability is excellent, making it suitable for use as a substrate in processes such as RTM molding. By blending with thermoplastic synthetic resin fibers, we can also create substrates for thermoplastic CFRTP.

We manufacture medical internal fixation pins used in bone fixation surgeries, such as during fractures. ISO 13485 certified.

"NANOSPIN-EX" is a spinning ring that maintains the high wear resistance characteristic of coatings while achieving a more uniform surface condition compared to conventional products. The evolved nanometer (1/100,000mm) sized uniform ring surface structure significantly reduces the variation in surface roughness compared to conventional products, allowing for stable spinning performance from the initial running-in period.
