Our non-woven fabric technology enables the production of 100% PAN-based carbon fibers. Non-woven fabrics made of 100% carbon fibers can also be produced from virgin fibers as well as from various recycled carbon fibers (through methods such as pyrolysis and dissolution). We possess resin impregnation processing equipment, allowing us to impregnate any resin and provide prepreg sheets. The resin's permeability is excellent, making it suitable for use as a substrate in processes such as RTM molding. By blending with thermoplastic synthetic resin fibers, we can also create substrates for thermoplastic CFRTP.

The weight can be accommodated from 100 to 2000 g/m² and widths from 600 mm to 2100 mm.
