Tsuchihashi Mining Co., Ltd. is one of the few mines in Japan that produces high-quality sericite (silk mica). Sericite is mainly used as a material for ceramics. We also mine steatite (pyrophyllite) which is used as a raw material for refractory bricks and glazes, as well as high-purity silica (silica). Please feel free to consult us if you have any requests.
