Our company has restarted as "Innovex Co., Ltd.", a manufacturer that broadly produces and sells materials for agriculture, packaging, building materials, civil engineering, and construction industries, through the merger of "Nihon Wave Lock Co., Ltd." and "Daiyo Kasei Co., Ltd.", both with over 65 years of history. We will continue to establish a solid position in the mature domestic market and actively expand overseas by further integrating the strengths and management resources of both parent companies in the same fields, creating multifaceted synergy effects, and leveraging various products, including the pioneering "Wave Lock" with thread-inserted vinyl and the "Daiyo Net Series," Japan's first resin insect-proof net for screen doors. Our company supplies a wide range of fields, from sheets and films processed using synthetic resins such as PVC, EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate), PP (polypropylene), PE (polyethylene), and PS (polystyrene), to net products and their processed goods, temporary construction materials, housing materials, agricultural materials, industrial materials, food packaging, and general merchandise.
