中村バルブ製作所 Company Profile
Valve manufacturing, domestic materials, domestic production, high-pressure gas certification.
Manufacturing, repairing, and creating valves Nakamura Valve Manufacturing Co., Ltd. has been consistently engaged in valve manufacturing since its establishment in 1947 (Showa 22), walking alongside the development of Japan's petrochemical industry. We are approaching our 80th anniversary. We sincerely thank you for your warm support. Through the technology accumulated over many years of valve manufacturing, we contribute to the maintenance and development of the industrial infrastructure as a behind-the-scenes supporter. About 80% of our sales come from our own products, while the rest consists of assisting other companies in the same industry and valve maintenance. While many manufacturers are switching to overseas materials, we have continued to prioritize domestic materials for our products since our founding, particularly selecting high-quality cast steel materials for pressure-resistant components to ensure stable quality. Even if you require special materials that are difficult to obtain domestically, we can procure the requested materials in consultation with our customers. We manufacture and sell on a made-to-order basis, but we also have a small stock of materials for products that receive frequent inquiries. Please contact us if you need something urgently. If you have any concerns regarding valves, please feel free to consult with us.

Business Activities
We design, manufacture, and sell industrial valves, including high-pressure gas certified valves, under our own brand mark (NS within a diamond shape). (The main materials are cast steel products, primarily consisting of gate valves, ball valves, check valves, and other general valves.) - Pressure seal - Full jacket - Butterfly stop - Tilting check valve - Plug cock (available in cast steel and cast iron products, including grease seal types) - Design and manufacture of high-pressure forged valves with a pressure rating of 30Mp (approximately 1/4B to 5B) - Manufacturing and maintenance of large cast steel valves up to 10 tons in size (60 inches in diameter, 1500 mm), with a proven track record of maintaining even larger products on our premises. We can restore valves that have degraded in function due to aging, such as those from defunct manufacturers, by regenerating the seat area. We also provide inspection and maintenance services for valves from overseas manufacturers. (As a general rule, maintenance is for products that can be brought to our factory, but we also accommodate checks on products that are already piped in. Please feel free to contact us.) We also assist with contract manufacturing of various types of valves (OEM/ODM), parts processing, and assembly inspection.
