Since our establishment, we have consistently been involved in the manufacturing of valves, growing alongside the development of Japan's petrochemical industry. From the beginning, we have engaged in contract manufacturing while also conducting design and development in areas such as large-diameter valves, high-temperature and high-pressure valves, jacketed valves, plug and cock valves, and tilting check valves. We have continued to produce our own products with a commitment to domestic materials. In 2003, we received a business transfer from the Valve Division of Japan Casting Co., Ltd. and took over the maintenance operations. Our products are used as the main valves for crude oil piping, berths, and crude oil tanks across the country. This butterfly valve features a special rotating mechanism that allows for tight shut-off with a metal seat. While a standard butterfly valve only rotates the valve body approximately 90 degrees, this stop valve moves the valve body further in the seat direction after the rotation, ensuring a firm seal against the seat. The body and valve materials are made of cast steel (WCB, SCPH2, etc.), and the seat area features metal-to-metal contact (Stellite, 17-4PH, etc.). Many of the products already installed have been in use for over 30 years. Due to the high quality of the materials and machining precision originally used, performing an overhaul to regenerate the seat area and replacing parts can restore functionality and further extend the lifespan. We also offer new designs tailored to specifications. We can design the drive mechanism, whether electric or manual (including gear types), according to customer specifications. We manufacture cast steel valves that comply with JPI standards and also meet JIS, ANSI/ASME, and API specifications. Our in-house products use cast materials that are primarily sourced from reliable domestic manufacturing partners, supported by our own quality control equipment, including flow and solidification simulation technology and RT facilities. Currently, in addition to our own product areas, we are helping with the production of various types of valves for different industries, including fire protection equipment valves, bellows seal valves, wafer check valves, emergency shut-off valves, rubber insert butterfly valves for powder, and marine valves. Please feel free to consult us regarding the collection, maintenance, functionality restoration, regeneration, repair, modification, and more of various types of valves! We can consider maintenance for our company’s valves, as well as valves from unknown manufacturers and those from defunct manufacturers. Basic maintenance includes: incoming inspection (appearance, operation, pressure testing), disassembly, parts verification, processing work, assembly, pressure leakage testing, and shipping (we can also confirm your presence at each stage). The maintenance details can be finalized after confirmation during the incoming inspection and other checks. Please also consult us about non-destructive testing and inspections.
