The "AP Method" is a seismic reinforcement technique that uses a completely premixed mortar, which pursues the necessary performance as a seismic reinforcement material and workability as a material for spray application, through wet spraying. It allows for design based on traditional reinforced concrete or reinforced concrete with steel frames. High-performance reinforcement fibers (PVA fibers) are mixed in to enhance crack suppression effects. 【Features】 - Since completely premixed materials are used, only water needs to be added and mixed on-site to produce the required amount, making formulation management easy and economically advantageous. - No bleeding water occurs, allowing for construction in sites with water restrictions. - As it is a wet spraying method, dust dispersion during construction is relatively low, resulting in less contamination of the site. - It can be constructed using a simple mortar pumping system, making it possible to work in narrow spaces. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationThe "SF Method" is a construction technique that applies the "AP Method," traditionally used for seismic reinforcement in buildings, to civil engineering and repair work. This method is utilized in bridge piers, ceilings, columns, and more. 【Recent Order Achievement Applications】 ■ Exterior walls (direct construction from scaffolding) with short construction periods (no formwork) ■ Rework of carbon fiber reinforced walls (existing walls that have already been reinforced) ■ Piloti reinforcement ■ Steel frame reinforcement ■ Installation of spiral bars, dexia keys, and anchor parts *For more details, please feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationThe "AP Method" is a construction method that involves the "installation of additional walls" with an application range of "expansion," "additional driving," and "opening closure." This method can be designed based on the same design standards as concrete, following the RC/SRC seismic diagnosis criteria and renovation design guidelines. In the case of additional driving walls, no formwork is required, and construction can be carried out while the occupants remain in the building. 【Features】 ■ High compressive strength of 48N/mm² on average ■ No formwork required for additional driving walls ■ Construction can be carried out while occupants remain in the building ■ Design possible based on RC/SRC seismic diagnosis criteria and renovation design guidelines *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationThe "AP Method" is a seismic reinforcement technique that uses a completely pre-mixed mortar, which pursues the necessary performance as a seismic reinforcement material and workability as a material for spray application, through wet spraying. 【Two Improvement Points】 Materials: Changed the weight ratio of sand aggregate to 65% using blast furnace slag. Construction: Reduced mixing water from 40% to 14%, a 65% reduction. On-site, it is possible to produce the required amount simply by adding water and mixing. Formulation management is also easy, providing economic benefits. Additionally, since it is a wet spraying method, dust dispersion during construction is relatively low, resulting in less contamination on-site. 【Features】 ■ Can be constructed in sites with water restrictions as no bleeding water is generated. ■ Can be constructed using a simple mortar pumping system. ■ Suitable for construction in narrow spaces, construction while occupied, no formwork required, and short construction periods. ■ Incorporates high-performance reinforcement fibers (PVA fibers) to suppress cracking. *For more details, please download the PDF or contact us.
