NEXTAGE comes standard with its proprietary software "NxProduction," which is used for operation, teaching, and production. Teaching with NxProduction can be intuitively operated through a graphical interface, making it easy for on-site operators to make modifications and adjustments. The teaching is conducted in a "workflow" format, where teaching points, visual processing, and external input/output (I/O) are registered in a table on the GUI according to the planned work procedures, allowing for easy creation of tasks incorporating image processing without programming skills. By simply scanning a dedicated QR code, you can project NEXTAGE in the location you want to install it. While it is quite difficult to bring an actual NEXTAGE unit to the production line you are considering, this AR service allows you to easily test the installation image. "NEXTAGE Mobile" is a mobile robot that enables autonomous movement of the humanoid robot NEXTAGE. While retaining the features of NEXTAGE, it allows for tasks that involve moving between multiple locations and assisting with processes like water strider operations, further expanding its areas of application. When a person approaches within a certain distance, it slows down and stops, and automatically resumes when the person moves away, thereby reducing the risk of accidents and injuries due to collisions.
