We provide a one-stop service from the design to production and sales of die-casting molds.
Our company can accept orders for drawing production tailored to customer requests, as well as for mold production and the production and sale of die-cast products, all in a one-stop service. Additionally, under a strong partnership with a die-cast manufacturer that has a production base in Vietnam, we are also able to provide cost-effective products.
Business Activities
■ Development support for die-cast products: Concurrent Engineering - Propose die-casting during the product development stage to achieve cost reduction and shorten lead times. - Suggest machining-free solutions for bearing holes and undercut areas to reduce costs. ■ Preliminary design evaluation of die-cast products: Prototyping using machining, casting, etc. ■ Design and manufacturing of die-cast molds. ■ Manufacturing and sales of die-cast products (capable of handling up to 1800 tons at partner factories). - Materials: Aluminum alloys, zinc alloys. - Processes: Die-casting / Finishing / Machining / Surface treatment / Painting / Others.
