From large conveyors in cutting factories, press factories, and foundries to small conveyors within machine tools, we leverage the flexibility characteristic of fabless companies to carefully design and propose solutions across Japan.
Business Activities
We aim to deliver products that meet our customers' needs by proposing technical solutions for the design and manufacturing of chip conveyors and coolant systems from the conceptual stage. We will leverage the know-how we have cultivated over 20 years to suggest the optimal specifications. Products from Metal Chip Co., Ltd. are produced and assembled at Ueno Kogyo Co., Ltd., a group company with over 30 years of experience in machine sheet metal work. The synergy created by combining the technologies of both companies in a dedicated factory for conveyor production achieves higher conveyor performance.
