Our company was founded in 1917 (Taisho 6) as a manufacturer and seller of forged products, and we expanded our business by developing the "ring rolling mill" in 1965 (Showa 40). As a fully integrated production facility, we hold a significant market share both domestically and internationally for our main product, swing bearings for hydraulic excavators, and we are a dynamic company that actively promotes technological development and equipment enhancement. Currently, we receive support for a wide range of products, not only for construction machinery such as hydraulic excavators but also for swing bearings and forged ring products aimed at industrial machinery and production equipment.
Business Activities
Our company mainly engages in the design, manufacturing, and sales of slewing bearings, forged rings, and welded structural gears. Additionally, as a strength of our company, we have established a "one-stop production system" that encompasses all processes from cutting, forging, and rolling of steel materials, heat treatment, various machining, to assembly, packaging, and shipping. With our high level of technology and continuous investment in equipment, we are capable of handling sizes ranging from small to large, up to a diameter of 3500mm.
