Fujii Seiki's "High Cycle Molds" excel in disassembly/assembly and maintenance, making them exceptional precision molds. There are cases where the number of cavities has been expanded from 4 to 8 using the same size molding machine, achieving a cycle time of 5 seconds with a 280t molding machine. The CD case mold, which traditionally operated at 220t with an 8-second cycle, has seen a dramatic increase in productivity with our specifications, now achieving 8 cavities at 280t with a 5-second cycle.
