Insight SiP offers a variety of industry-leading smallest size modules that comply with the latest BT specifications, based on Nordic Semiconductor's high-performance BLE SoC. It supports BT5.0 Ready, BT5.0 Long Range, and BT5.1 AoA/AoD positioning functions, as well as BT5.2 LE Audio support. • High frequency/microwave parts

ISP3010 is based on the DW1000 UWB and nRF52832 BLE transceiver chips, achieving high-precision distance measurement using the UWB ToF method. The distance measurement data is processed by the ARM Cortex M4 within the BLE chip and transmitted to external smartphones or PCs via BLE over-the-air communication, allowing all processing to be done wirelessly. With optimized dual antenna performance, it achieves a distance measurement error of about 10 centimeters at 30 meters, making it suitable as a standalone distance measurement module solution for advanced security applications. To assist with development work, a development kit is also provided. • Other electronic parts

Despite its small dimensions, it incorporates two SoCs: the LoRa component (Semtech's SX1261) and the BLE component (Nordic Semiconductor's nRF52832), along with antennas and matching circuits for both 920MHz and 2.4GHz frequencies within the same package. This minimizes high-frequency analog design, enabling stable communication performance. While maintaining LPWAN compatibility and an optimal configuration for private LoRa, it allows easy connection to smartphones through its internal BLE functionality for data transmission and firmware over-the-air updates. With industry-leading dimensions of 9.8 x 17.2 x 1.7 mm and built-in dual antennas, it can be used for a wide range of applications as a compact IoT device. A development evaluation kit is also available, which includes a sample module, an interface board for PC development, sample software, and source code, allowing for immediate product development. It has obtained domestic radio certification, and frequency-compatible modules for the European and American markets are also available.
