At Daiei Manufacturing Co., Ltd., we handle a wide variety of press processing and small-lot press processing (with 45 machines ranging from 12-ton to 150-ton presses) as well as mass production press processing. Head Office: 1033-1 Nanokaichi, Yamanashi City; Third Factory: 242 Nanokaichi, Yamanashi City; Nirasaki Factory: 3169-11 Komai, Fujii Town, Nirasaki City. Business Activities
- Metal press processing is done with 45 press machines, from connector processing to building components. - We use three aluminum cutting machines (Tsune Seiki) to process aluminum extrusions for heat sinks, solar panel mounts, and other applications. - Four machining centers. - Ten barrel polishing machines (Toho Koki, Chipton, and others). - One five-layer automatic hydrocarbon cleaning machine and one hydrocarbon cleaning machine (one-bath type) (manufactured by Clean Bee).
