KFX10 is a high hardness and high strength grade made from ultra-fine 0.4μm tungsten carbide particles. It boasts an overwhelming hardness of HRA93.0 while ensuring a fracture toughness of 10.0 MPa·m¹ᐟ², achieving a high level of both wear resistance and chipping resistance.

Have you ever struggled with the brittleness of hard alloys? Powdered high-speed steel cannot withstand wear, but conventional carbide tools suffer from chipping. To respond to such voices from the field, Mizuho Industry developed "GF24." GF24 is a special grade that combines ultra-fine tungsten carbide particles of less than 0.6μm with a high binder design of 24%. This results in: - High hardness of HRA88.0 - High fracture toughness of 15.0 MPa·m¹ᐟ² - Compressive strength of 4.2 GPa - Toughness with a bending strength of 3800 MPa.

We propose a slitter that is less prone to burrs, achieved by combining a mirror finish with SurmoX treatment.
