We have newly published a case study on the pinhole repair of "SC480." The machine "Pinhole Inlay," which can repair small pinholes, can be used on iron-based metals and is capable of repairing thin plates if they are 3-4mm thick or more. By using carbon ball C2.4 and polishing with a grinder, the pinhole area of the machine part H500×W460×L900 (SC480) became indistinguishable. The repair case is introduced using photographs.
