The DLS ECO series diode laser is a compact and efficient solution ideal for heating and drying in industrial applications. It enables solid-state heating as an alternative to IR lamps and gas-fired furnaces. In addition to its high energy conversion efficiency, it has a minimal impact on the surrounding factory environment, which helps to keep the cost efficiency and return on investment of the diode heater low.

The inline welding monitor (LDD-700) is equipped with IPG's OmniWELD software, allowing for the configuration of five monitoring modes: keyhole depth, seam profile (butt joint position), work distance, post-weld bead height, and bead width. Additionally, by actively manipulating the ICI beam, defects can be detected just before, during, and after the welding process.
