"Robot Roll Forming" is a product that realizes processing, which was traditionally done with dedicated roll forming machines or brake presses, using robots, making it suitable for space-saving and automation. It can process not only straight lines but also curves. With the automatic attachment and detachment function of the uneven rollers, it can accommodate various shapes such as "step processing," "R processing," "V processing," and "bending processing." Thanks to roller servo pressure control, it achieves processing with minimal occurrence of warping or wrinkles.
