Kozu Aluminum Co., Ltd. is engaged in the aluminum casting manufacturing industry. Currently, we handle a large number of products made from aluminum secondary alloy AC7A material. Introducing the equipment of Koizumi Aluminum, which is engaged in aluminum casting manufacturing. We have also installed four "balancers" for transporting heavy molds. Additionally, we have a "self-hardening sand processing device" using resin. Unlike F1 machines, once it hardens, it does not crumble, making it suitable for creating thin products and large plate-like shapes. The characteristics of this material include greater ductility and softness compared to standard materials, and it has a beautiful white color. We also use a material called DZ-S1, which is less commonly handled elsewhere. Koizumi Aluminum currently handles a large number of products made from the aluminum secondary alloy AC7A. The "AC7A material" is more ductile and softer compared to regular materials, and it has a beautiful white color. However, when used in machinery, it has a tendency to be difficult to cast, making it prone to casting defects. We are successfully overcoming these challenges with difficult shapes and material properties through trial and error. Additionally, the synthetic sand we use is specifically researched for casting.
