The multi-story "Heiwajima Business Office," built in Heiwajima, the logistics hub of Tokyo Bay, is equipped with various functions including freezing, refrigeration, and temperature control. In particular, the freezers and refrigerators on the third floor and above adopt a newly developed external thermal insulation method aimed at energy conservation while ensuring thorough quality control. Additionally, the first floor features a spacious loading area with a high floor, allowing for simultaneous loading and unloading of seven vehicles of various sizes, including large containers, in all weather conditions. Within this warehouse, the freezer (approximately 3,000 m²) can maintain storage management at -18°C. The "Daikoku FAZ Business Office" is located within the logistics center (Yokohama Port Distribution Center) built in the Daikoku Container Terminal area, a major hub of Yokohama Port. Its biggest feature is the rampways installed on both sides, allowing large container trailers to access directly via a gentle spiral route.
