"Sakigake" is a cleaning device that utilizes the dissolving power of oil without using chlorine-based organic solvents, water, or alkalis. It first performs a pre-cleaning with high vapor pressure oil, followed by heating and reducing pressure to evaporate (vaporize) the cleaning oil for the cleaning process. The cleaning oil and the oil being cleaned are each separated and recovered by a regeneration device (special distillation apparatus) attached to the unit, allowing for reuse. Free membership registration"Direct Carburizing (Multi Carbo)" is a new concept carburizing method that combines gas carburizing and vacuum technology. This technology utilizes vacuum (reduced pressure) to drastically reduce carrier gas and only uses a very small amount of chain-like unsaturated hydrocarbon gas as the carburizing gas. Since the atmosphere does not contain oxygen components, the alloy components on the surface do not oxidize, resulting in a good finish. Free membership registration"N-Quench" refers to a nitriding quenching process that allows nitrogen to penetrate and diffuse into steel, performing quenching from the austenite state. By introducing nitrogen and performing quenching, a surface hardness of about 850 HV can be achieved even with inexpensive SPCC materials, and it is possible to increase hardness within the range where nitrogen has diffused internally. The amount of distortion is about half that of carburizing nitriding quenching and is only slightly larger than that of gas soft nitriding. Additionally, the friction coefficient and seizure surface pressure are almost equivalent to those of carburizing nitriding and gas soft nitriding, and the wear amount is favorable, being 1/2 of carburizing nitriding materials and 1/3 of gas soft nitriding materials.
