The key to solvent-free cleaning! A vacuum cleaning system that utilizes the dissolving power of oil and grease!
"Sakigake" is a cleaning device that utilizes the dissolving power of oil without using chlorine-based organic solvents, water, or alkalis. It first performs a pre-cleaning with high vapor pressure oil, followed by heating and reducing pressure to evaporate (vaporize) the cleaning oil for the cleaning process. The cleaning oil and the oil being cleaned are each separated and recovered by a regeneration device (special distillation apparatus) attached to the unit, allowing for reuse. This results in low operating costs and easy handling. 【Features】 ■ Does not pollute the environment (atmosphere, soil, groundwater, rivers, oceans) ■ No risk of fire or explosion ■ No toxic or hazardous substances used ■ Cleaning oil can be separated, recovered, and reused ■ Adhered oil is separated and automatically discharged *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
