The "Room Temperature Zinc Coating ZRC Method" is a technique for protecting steel members, such as large structures, thin sheet products, and bridge girders, from rust, where hot-dip galvanizing is difficult to apply. By applying a one-component liquid mixture called "ZRC," which contains 95% high-concentration zinc, with a dry film thickness of 81μm or more, it exhibits rust prevention equivalent to hot-dip galvanizing (JIS H8641 HDZT77).
