We would like to introduce a case of waterproof processing for our waterproof electrical components, specifically the "coil for hydraulic valves." We received a consultation regarding frequent water ingress issues in coils for hydraulic valves intended for outdoor use, which resulted in poor yield rates. We conducted waterproof processing at our company to reduce these waterproof failures. In outdoor use hydraulic valve coils, there were frequent issues with water ingress into the coil interior. Therefore, we selected appropriate resin materials and, through repeated trials, determined the gate position and size. We are currently maintaining zero occurrences of waterproof failures.
