This is a screen made from wear-resistant polyurethane with special internal reinforcement. The "Tough Deck Injection" is a screen developed for excellent dewatering performance and long lifespan. In conventional wedge wire, there was a possibility of the mesh breaking when worn, but since the material is made of urethane, it does not break or get damaged. The cross-section of the mesh is tapered, making it less prone to clogging. Furthermore, due to the unique secondary vibration effect of urethane, it achieves excellent dewatering performance. "Hy-Drop" is a screen that can process wastewater with high oil and grease content and high SS concentration, which has been considered difficult to handle with screens until now. Even with the fine slits of a wedge wire screen, water droplets do not form due to surface tension, allowing water to flow across the screen surface, thereby enhancing the effectiveness of solid-liquid separation. Additionally, the hydrophilic coating has an affinity for water, allowing water to infiltrate between the coating and the oil, resulting in a self-cleaning effect. The "Tough Screen" is a screen developed to prevent clogging. It is composed of a diamond-shaped mesh and can be used for both horizontal and vertical vibrating screens.
