IIDA engages in a variety of resin processing, including cutting of fluororesin (PTFE), precision machining of hard resin PEEK, and highly precise cutting of soft material resins. In an environmentally conscious factory, we manufacture resin products such as packing seals for construction machinery and industrial machinery, catering to a wide range of customer needs from prototype production to mass production. <<New Developments in Molding and Forming Processing>> In November 2023, we acquired mold processing and injection molding business from a medical device parts manufacturer and began production in December of the same year. This has established a system capable of integrated responses for mold design and production, injection molding, press processing, and cutting processing. <<Supporting the Medical Field – Utilizing High-Precision Processing Technology for Product Development>> Leveraging our unique technological capabilities, we provide a variety of processed components such as mold products, formed parts, and machined parts. <<Also Supporting 3D Printer Processing>> In response to the recent expansion of demand, we also conduct prototyping and small-lot production using 3D printers. By combining this with traditional cutting and forming processes, we contribute to shorter lead times and cost reductions. *We respond to various customer requests with a consistent production system for resin processing.
