Wako Seiki Co., Ltd. manufactures measuring instruments for various industrial fields that require durability and robustness, such as earthquake resistance, shock resistance, dustproofing, and oil resistance. Mechanical counters are used in various applications, including die height counters used as positioning devices for forging machines, servo motors, brake motors, feeding devices, reduction amount gauges, control motors, feeding length counters, grip coefficient counters, and plate thickness display counters. Furthermore, we have started selling a hybrid absolute encoder that combines mechanical measurement mechanisms with digital signal output mechanisms for precise displacement position measurement. Digital scales, which can be utilized for slide position measurement like linear scales, and three-dimensional positioning measurement linked with XYZ axes can be applied in various ways. As a specialized company in precision measuring instruments, we contribute to the industrial development of Japan and the world.

As a company dedicated to the manufacturing of counters specifically for forging machines, WAKO is capable of achieving things that others cannot. The products we have continuously created until today can be said to be a battle against the shock vibrations of forging machines: G. In high-speed press machines, ultra-high frequency vibrations of 300 to 4000 SPM occur. To control these vibrations, it is necessary to assemble and adjust each component of the machine's structure meticulously by hand. For half a century, we at WAKO Seiki have consolidated the technology and know-how we have developed and here, we have created the H·A·E-GS <Hybrid Absolute Encoder GS>, which fuses mechanical mechanisms with digital signal output mechanisms. To remain a Global Standard, WAKO will continue to evolve.
