Carbon parts used in vacuum furnaces and protective atmosphere furnaces react and wear out due to various elements present in the furnace. For example, the reaction between trace amounts of oxygen and carbon at high temperatures, as well as the reaction between carbon and metallic elements like silicon, contribute to the depletion of carbon itself, which accelerates the end of its lifespan. Our technology for extending the lifespan of carbon involves applying a special coating to conventional carbon materials, thereby cutting off contact between the various elements in the furnace and the carbon component of the material. This suppresses reactions with carbon and extends the lifespan of the carbon components themselves. We provide sample support from small piece testing to evaluation after processing into actual products.

Free membership registrationCarbon has limitations in its use at temperatures exceeding 450°C due to significant oxidation occurring in an atmosphere where oxygen is present. In many cases, metals or ceramics have been used. Metals have the issue of increased weight due to high density, while ceramics face problems with brittleness and breakage. Our carbon, treated with a sealed membrane process, can be used at high temperatures above 450°C while suppressing the reaction between carbon and oxygen, allowing the properties of carbon to be utilized effectively.

Free membership registrationFlax grown in the Normandy region of France is carefully spun into high-quality "linen." Its fine and strong fibers are not only used for apparel and furniture but are also being utilized as reinforcing fibers in plastic composites, taking advantage of their strength. We encourage those seeking natural materials to give it a try. We offer a range of products from the raw material itself to spun yarn, textiles, and UD, accommodating everything from dry (the fibers themselves) to resin (epoxy) impregnated grades of "flax prepreg."

Free membership registration"Flux fiber" is a type of fiber that has high impact absorption compared to glass fiber and aramid fiber. By adding a flux layer between the CF layers of CFRP, it absorbs surface impacts and vibrations, improving the overall impact resistance and vibration resistance of the composite. These characteristics are utilized in various fields such as sports, bicycles, bicycle interiors, and industrial parts. [Features] - Lightweight - Strong - Impact absorbing - Vibration absorbing *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
