Tochiden Co., Ltd. is capable of integrated processing from material procurement, turning, machining, heat treatment, polishing, to surface treatment. Our advanced processing technology, which allows us to machine complex shapes like crankshafts, an essential component of industrial sewing machines, from solid rods and achieve tolerances in the micron range through polishing, has been highly praised by our customers. Materials: Soft materials such as copper, aluminum, and brass, as well as high-hardness steels like tool steel, bearing steel, carbon steel, and chromium-molybdenum steel, and irregular materials such as forged and lost-wax castings. Lot size: Approximately 10 to 10,000 pieces (please consult us as it depends on the shape and processing).
