We also accommodate material procurement for forging, lost wax, and more. Our integrated production allows us to meet customer needs with QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery). We eliminate the hassle of managing costs, delivery times, and quality across multiple companies for our customers. Lot sizes vary from about 10 to 10,000, so please consult with us. We specialize in mass production of lots ranging from 100 to 1,000. Sizes: Approximately Φ5 to φ150 mm, with larger items around L500 mm, we excel at palm-sized products. We accommodate strict geometric tolerances, such as 2-micron tolerances in cylindrical grinding. We can handle outside diameter and inside diameter grinding processes only, as well as turning and machining processes only.
