It enables uniform plating thickness for long items, and with the baking furnace integrated inline, we provide a stable supply of high-quality plated products with minimal overlaps and dents, 24 hours a day. By slightly extending the plating time at low current density, uniform plating thickness can be achieved. "Hncc (Hinokk)" is our non-chrome coating that uses the high corrosion-resistant new hybrid coating agent "JN COAT Coat" for zinc plating or zinc-based plating. This hybrid coating combines global procurement and cost-effectiveness, solving issues such as the rapid occurrence of rust due to differences in standards between Japan and overseas.
